Chamomile

Chamomile is known for calming properties. Can ease irritation, impatience, PMS menstrual or menopausal issues. Also good for relieving hay-fever and asthma. If added to a vaporiser it can relieve headaches. As with other essential oils this cannot be used internally. Can be diluted in grapeseed oil.
