Thyme

Thyme is good for cleansing and has anti microbial properties. Good for clearing seasonal congestion. Often used in diffusers and steam bowls. Can be added to homemade cleaning sprays. Good for mental focus alertness and motivation. Jojoba oil or sweet almond oil are good carrier oils for thyme. Not for internal use.
